Default D15B2 Trouble

Well i had a headgakset go so i pulled the head.. and checked it for being wrapped and the block.. both straight as can be.. Put the new headgasket in*yonaka* And the thing started up once.. sounded like a desiel*really rough idle* and now it will just crank and crank and crank and crank.. I don't have a timing gun to my access..

148-150 in all cylinders
Plugs are DRIPPING of gas!
Back fires Sometimes.
PLugs make REALLY weak spark, If i put a screw driver in the sprak plug wire it's good spark..
No CEL.

What would cause this PITA no start?

Have you double checked your cam timing?

From what you said it sounds like you have bad timing probably off a tooth or 2 and you need new spark plugs due to them being dripping with gas so they are fowled out. Did it start and run b4?

P.S.
Ive got almost a complete D15B2 just sitting so if you need parts let me know

Yeah was it running b 4 and you can usually borrow a timing light from autozone/pepboys just todouble check its dead on

You don't need a timing light to check you've lined the engine and distributor up correctly.

just move the distributor to the middle of its adjustment, and make sure the cams and crank are both at TDC.

If it's all at TDC, it'll start. (You may need to advance or retard the timing slightly to spec, but it'll start).
