Clutch is messed up. a little help... (long)
all was fine untill last night. i had a new, stock honda clutch put into my 90 CRX Si and it was fine. it dis-engaged at about mid-pedal, and felt smooth. last night, i was doing about 5mph on a road, then punched it while in first. i came to a stop sign, pushed the clutch in and took the car out of gear. when i put the car back in, and release the clutch, OH GOD!!! it was engaging/dis-engaging at the floor! in order to shift, i had to slam the pedal to the ground for it to dis-engage. i was able to make it home, and when i stopped my car with the clutch to the floor, it was still engaged and the car stalled. this morning i looked at it, and re-adjusted it. it's fine, but now the pedal is stiff and i can't feel a difference when the clutch is engaged/dis-engaged like i was able to before. any help please!

Take a look at the actual clutch pedal itself, the clutch pedal brackets are known to eventually break on 88-91 civic/crxs. If that checks out, unhook the cable from the tranny and check it out by hand. Its possible that the cable has frayed inside the jacket. If the cable and pedal check out ok, then its gotta be inside the clutch itself. Could be pressure plate, throwout bearing, etc. Hopefully your tranny wont have to come off. Good luck
