p28 identification
Is there a way to tell the difference between an Automatic p28 and a manual p28. Like is there a certain number or letter in the serial number on the ecu to differentaite between the two?

yeah..should have a barcode on the side of the ecu

find the code of the ECU
37820-P28-XXX
the first digit means country origin (US=A, JDM=a number or J)
the second number is the trans type (0=manual, 5=auto)
the third is revision.
