1999 civic ex automatic motor and tranny swap
I just recently bought the engine and tranny off a 1996 civic EX standard. I was just going to buy the transmission to swap but the guy had a built motor just laying there with high compression pistons, crane camshaft and aem cam gear so i got it for the reason it was so cheap 
The whole swap is done already but the stock automatic 99 ecu and wire harnesses are different, My question is what do i need to do to put on the 96 ecu, i really need help because everything is done except for the ecu, thanks
