No start, main relay clicking fuel pump not turning on.

Default No start, main relay clicking fuel pump not turning on.
So I finally wired up my vtec and as I was driving in reverse down my driveway the car just shut off. I tried starting it again and noticed my main relay wasn't clicking nor my fuel pump turning on. I had a killswitch wired to the fuel pump so I thought it as that, eliminated the switch and still nothing.
Cars a 94 cx eg hatch with a Jdm b16a

Did you try putting 12v directly to the pump?

Check fuses 31 and 24, as well as the G101 ground on the thermostat housing.
