No Start
Ok guys i have a 96 civic that about a week ago swapped a 99 civic si wiring harness, b16, and all the parts onto. I ran the car for the past week and had no issues at all till yesterday when i installed my sterio, i put the sterio in and out of nowhere the car would crank over but wouldnt start. I checked my fuses under the dash and replaced 3 that were blown and then my car started.
I drove the car around that day with no issues and then just randomly the car shut off and did the same thing, it would crank but no start so i checked all the fuses and they were good. I decided to double check all of my grounds and found that they are all still hooked up. I also rechecked the wiring and it doesnt look like anything has come disconnected. I also checked the ecu in another civic and the car started so thats still good and i replaced the coil and module from a d series distributor that i had laying around and know ran (yes they are exactly the same). I also replaced the main relay and checked the under dash fuses and all is well i just cant get it to start.
Any ideas?

Do you have bright spark at all four plugs?
Do you hear the fuel pump prime for 2 seconds when the key is turned to ON(II)?
When the key is turned to ON(II), does the CEL remain ON steady?
What three fuse blew originally?
