intake manifold differences d16y8
wich is the difference between in an intake manifold from a d16y8 A/T and a d16y8 M/T? is some difference between them? thanks guys

IACV is different, i think the throttle body too. I'm sure others can chime in.
If you are doing a at-mt conversion I think just picking up a MT intake manifold would be easiest.

well i make the swap already but i cant put the mt computer because some friend told me that intake manifold were different, so i just want to know with u guys, i just swich the IACV and throttle body, or the all intake manifold?

The throttle bodies should be the same on both. I'm not sure about the IACV, I used a Y8 mani from an automatic car and my car is manual (DX).

so the auto throttle come with the iacv and the manual one come separate soi have to buy then? or i can use my auto throttle and find a iacv?

i just go there and i check it and my throttle body is good and my iacv is connected to it by bolt, so i just have to swich iacv and that is all right? that one is the only difference between then? because i check on autozone and autopart, and they told me that there is a iacv for manual and a iacv for auto, but throttle body should be the same is tha true?

hey i got the final things and thanks guys, i need to swichintake manifold for swich the IACV from at to mt, the wires too, thanks

y8 manual has a 2 wire iacv on the back of the intake manifold. the automatic has a 3 wire iacv. and both throttle bodys are different the automatic has the iacv on the t/b and the manual one would have the FITV on the bottom of the tb.
