Ok, so I finally got my Z6 mini-me swap to work in my 89 CRX. The only real problem with the car right now is that I start up the car, and it idles at 2300 RPM for a few seconds, then it drops down to 1000 and bounces up to 1800 then back down to 1000 and continues to do so. When I drive around, when i apply the brake, the car idles at about 3200 RPM. I'm wasting gas, and everyone things I'm revving my engine at them. I've still got the stock P06 ecu in, I have a chipped P28, but when I removed the chip, I was told that the ecu went into safe mode, so now there's a 4000 RPM limit and the CEL is coming on. I don't yet have the Vtec wire, the O2 sensor wires, the Z6 distributor end, or anything else that should be used to convert OBD0-OBD1. But could any of this cause the care to idle so oddly? I can't seem, to find any vacuum leaks or anything.

it is problly ur FITV. put that into search read up on the subject and fix it.. takes like a whole 10 mins to fix...... as for wireing up ur vtec.. look it up on [FAQ] pinouts, very easy to fix....and u said obd-0 - obd-1, i think u mean the other way around... obd-1 to obd-0.....but dizzy,ecu, and alt....
