Denso is really good... I saw on my friends new Civic that he has Denso O2 sensor but on some other cars it wasn't Denso... so some OEM O2 sensors are Denso and some are not... 
Do NOT use Bosch!!! Bosch is crap for use in Japanese cars... Bosch is for German cars...
Just stick with Denso and you'll be fine...
