Default D15B7 shutting off

I've searched around just can't come to a exact solution. My d15 will at random times just straight up shut off. Before it shuts off the rpms will go crazy then shut off. Once i turn back the keys to reset the ecu and then try to turn it on again in times it will start right back up. In times i have to wait 5-10min for it to turn on again. I've changed the fuel relay and it is still doing it. Some have considered changing the distributor cap? Read that the ignition switch could also be the problem? But when it does shut off all the dash lights turn on like if i were going to turn on my car.

Replace the cap/rotor in your dizzy. Also buy a new coil, it could be falling out of spec and killing the car.

Ignition coil. Test it. With a multimeter.
