will the d16z6 camshaft fit into a d16y8? will this work out. i broke my bolt in my camshaft holding the cam gear. engine head is a d16y8.

I've seen it done and the rear as well...just remember the difference in the two cam gears. There's what, a 8degree difference between the Z6 and the Y8?

The Y8 is a better cam, I'd carefully drill it out and use an easy out to remove the broken stud.

thanks for the help. yeah i was just being stupidly in a hurry and IMPACT GUN it in and broke the damn bolt.

Did you know you can turn down the power on the bottom of the grip ?

or, that's why they make air ratchets...
