Default 99 Civic Si - heater doesn't work after stereo was stolen

Hi everyone, I have a honda civic si 1999, and my heat doesnt work so well. It stop working so good after my car stereo was stolen. The theives kind of took out my whole heating control thing, so i had to force it all back together. I also changed the thermostat and that helped a little bit. Does anyone know what else I can check to fix my heat. My heat is basically not so hot, the heat is warm air only. Mostly warmer on the vent that is located on the drivers side. Thanks.

While figuring out how to fix the problem, you can manually open the heater hose valve on the firewall to get some heat in the cabin:

The thieves obviously did. Try it. It's a simple thing to do.

Try what RonJ said worst that can happen is nothing gets better.
Then check if something has been knocked loose by the thieves tearing out the radio and the heater panel.

Since the 99-00 Civic went to an electronic CC (for the hot/cold **** vs the manual cable slider that the 98 & older civics had) so the thieves did something to your wiring messing it up.
