Default 97 Civic Hatch Dx - Fuse 15 keeps blowing

So heres what I have and been trying to figure out for over a year....

Fuse 15 keeps blowing under the dash only under load, a high load, getting on it you might say. I can daily drive it just fine

y7 bottom end with z6 head, internals of the distributor are from my Y7 distributor and the car runs and drives fine.

I have replaced the following

speed sensor, fuse box (under hood), engine harness, obd1 conversion harness, unhooked the alternator and it still did it.

I can rev the engine up and down and nothing blows... only under a high load and the gas being 50 to 75% down while in gear.

Any other ideas would be appreciated.... I have followed the TSB for this but I do not see any wires on both of my harnesses that are frayed or stripped.

I checked that... Here is my data log of when it is blowing, you can see the huge spike, Can anyone analyze this datalog and let me know if they see what may be causing this? This is from my S300. Thanks,

Totally wrong forum for this. Try Engine management and Tuning or find a Hondata forum. Ron has a link in his sig regarding Fuse #15 blowing.

Did you read the TSB in post #3? Have you checked for a short in the wires near C115?

He claimed he checked that, whatever that means. I kinda doubt it though.

Some details about what was done would help.

Maybe this is what he meant.

If and only if the C115 wires were carefully checked, the next most common cause of fuse 15 blowing is due to a short in the O2 sensor heater element wire.
