95 Civic crank no start
I've posted about this car before,a 1995 Civic LX, and it doesn't start, just cranks. It died out of the blue one night while I was driving 25 mph, and it hasn't ran since. Im getting fuel and spark, put in a whole new distributor. Fuel comes out of the fuel filter if I leave the bolt off and prime the fuel pump. I have gotten it to run off of starter fluid once, but I got it towed to my mechanic because I was starting school and I told him to deal with it whenever he had a chance. He didn't do much, but he got it to run off of starter fluid once, but not the other time. So last night I got it towed back to my house for a little winter break project and the battery was flat out dead. Took it to Advance Auto Parts, they charged it and only got it to 11 volts. I had only bought the battery a couple of months ago, so I figured I'd bring it back today if I had to. Whenever I attempeted to crank it last night, I heard a really slight beeping noise while I was cranking. Not the door chime, but a completely other beep that sounded like it was coming from the engine bay. The battery drained to 3 volts overnight, So i had to bring it back to Advance. They got it up to 12 volts, so I threw it in the car and tried to crank it again. This time it beeped, but it was ridiculously loud. Like one of those grocery store motorized carts backing up.
Any ideas on the beeping noise and if it could be connected to my no start? Im thinking it may have to do with a ground wire, but I'm not really sure where to get started on it.

The first thing that comes to mind is you have a sizable parasitic drain that is sucking your battery dry quickly.
I would unhook the battery and test resistance from the positive battery cable to chassis ground. I believe it should be infinite resistance (no continuity what so ever).

Should have a warranty on the battery, I'm gonna check out continuity tomorrow morning.
If anyone's interested in hearing this beeping noise from hell I'll put a video up.

Video sounds like metal on metal. Ringing of metal to me.

A friend of a friend said it could be my timing belt, I'm guessing he was talking about the tensioner. Could it be a seized bearing or something? Its all good on oil.

I agree with TomCat39: that's no beeping - it's metal-on-metal scraping or ringing.
There are many things that could be going on here and you don't have enough information to rule out any of them. If you want to fix this yourself, you're going to have to be willing to diagnose. Don't change any parts until you've conclusively identified the source of the noise. It's far more alarming than the no start. Then move on to the no start. The two issues could be related, but don't need to be.
Get a helper to crank the engine for you. Try to pinpoint the source of the noise. Start with the engine bay (hood up).

Well, I went to go find this noise yesterday and it was gone. Sounded like a normal car again, so I ran a compression test and I have 135-140psi on all four cylinders. I know for a fact that I'm getting fuel. Gonna double check spark tomorrow, but last time I checked it had spark.

spark should be blue and use hei tester not plug or screwdriver which could fry coil.

I'm getting bright blue spark...:so it was recommended that I check the ignition timing since I may have thrown something off while replacing the distributor.
This is getting out of my realm, so how am I supposed to do this on a car that doesn't run? Turn the crankshaft pulley behind the drivers side tire counterclockwise until it hits TDC, then what?
