2003 civic GX (CNG) crank no start after changing oil
Howdy:
I was being a good Honda dad and changed the oil on my Civic GX and now it won't start.
It sounds weird when cranking, just. not quite right.
I have spark. (put a drill bit in the end of a boot and cranked)
After intermittently cranking for a bit, i still do not smell fuel out the exhaust.
I was ham-fisting around under the intake to get to the oil filter and may have bumped something?
I checked the fuses under the hood and under the dash that seeeeem like they would be related (nothing smoked).
I've got a code scanner:
No trouble codes thrown.
The following sensors seem good - they change readings when unplugged (while watching scanner)
IAT seems good
coolant seems good
map seems good
throttle position seems good.
When cranking, the ignition advance will go to 5deg
The following are maybe clues?
O2 sensors do not change readings when cranking (1.275V)
Unplugging the thing on the end of the fuel rail doesn't seem to cause anything to change. Including fuel pressure. Not sure if this is fuel pressure or something else (looks like fuel pressure sensor) the leads to this thing are getting 5v.
I can't get my ham fists to unplug the two things down by the passenger side, high pressure regulator?
vacuum line to ... demand fuel regulator? looks ok.
Some other details:
~213k miles.
I haven't changed the CNG fuel filters in forever, probably 50k. (totally forgot about 'em until researching problems)
Seeems like my fuel mileage has been crappier than when i bought it 80k miles ago, but otherwise, running ok.
I swear it started for a second after I changed the oil then chugged for a sec, then died.
Full tank of fuel. Filled up at a usually busy station in san jose. (not pge)
help!
