2005 Accord EX brake shuttering
Hello,
My 2005 Accord has 31,000 miles and is under warranty. Recently when applying the brake at freeway speed, the steering wheel shakes. Seems that the rotor is warped. Still have about 30-40% left on the pads. Will my rotor replacement be under warranty?
Thanks!

Re: (Evil M0nkey)
Thanks for the info.
I took it into the dealsership and was disturbed when they quoted me $125 for inspecting the car if they find that the brake vibration is not caused by the rotors or anything that is not covered by warranty. My arguement was that since the car is under warranty, I should not be charged for inspection regardless of the cause of the problem. Is this normal practice in other dealerships?
Anyway, at the end, they are willing to re-surface the rotors and replace the brake pads.

Re: (aktam)
there being douches. At DEALER cost, its probably cheaper to replace the rotors than resurface them. Hell, any blank aftermarket rotor will do the same. Were your wheels put on correctly and torqued properly?
