i was under the car yesterday and i noticed a small rubber hose that seemed to be a drain, located near the firewall pass side with little plastic holders, could this be it? thanks

Just a suggestion to clean them out, I did this with my central A/C in my house, it was clogged. So I took a shop vac and a wet rag. You place the shop vac hose over the tube, and then seal it to the tube with the wet rag and turn it on, anything blocking the tube will be sucked out. Works pretty good.
Good luck!
