You're best bet may just be to glue it and be done with it.

antenna cables are coaxial in nature. from the inside out: a center signal wire, an insulator, and a braided shielding mesh. What you need to do to repair it is to reconnect the center wire and the shielding mesh. Try using solder and a soldering iron.

You can also go to an electronics store to see if they have that plug - you may be able to find a replacement

It might end up being easier to just go to the junkyard and grabbing a used one...

ghetto rig = go to junkyard and go to ANY honda and cut the antenna out with a good amount of slack. Strip the new one and cut the metal off your old one and match the brassish wires and the middle single wire. E-tape it together not letting the middle touch the brass and your done.

Correct way = go to the junkyard and pull one but this time go under the dash and find where it meets the extension and unplug from there and just replace yours.
