Default Replacing rear drums with a whole new disc brake assembly. <Help plz>

I drive a 99 honda accord 4 cyl. Unfortunately the rear brakes happen to be drums. Needless to say these drums look incredibly ugly behind 17 in. wheels.

I haven't put the wheels on yet because I'm waiting to solve this problem. What can I do? Plus the wheels are 4x114.
