Default honda accord 1990 couple of questions

I have noticed that when I park my car up or down a hill, when I engage out of parking , a pulling , bumpy motion happens ( it is hard to explain). It feels like moving forward (when parked down the hill) or moving backward(when parked up the hill). I was wondering if the transmission is dying :/ Is it normal or time to check the transmission? I doesn't happen on flat ground, though. And the steeper the hill, the harder the bumpy jump/ shake/ shivering motion.

Check your fluid level. hopefully its a little low and causing your transmission to slip when on a incline/decline. Make sure it doesnt have a burnt smell

I checked the level and the color/smell is all good. I did 3 flushing of Trans fluid like 6 years ago.

Should I do the same? some people say, if the level is ok and the color/smell is ok, do not change it.

What do you recommend?

PS: I drive this car only in the summer months (April-Nov)
