Default Correct Torque for Installing Timing Belt Tensioner on 2002 Accord V6?

Please help! My 2002 Accord V6 is approaching 105K fast, so I'm in a hurry to get the timing belt and water pump replaced. I've been reading TouringAccord's guide and the entire thread. I also consulted the Helm's service manual and search the forum but couldn't find any information on what torque to apply when putting the tensioner onto the water pump for that particular model. I'm not really fond of the idea of cracking the water pump for not knowing. Your advice is appreciated. Thanks for your time.
