Default Cigarette Plug not working

I have checked for a blown fuse but no problem there. Any ideas why no power at the plug. There use to be a fuse at the plug itself behind the assembly on older cars.

year and model would be helpful...check to make sure that it is hooked up in the back...sometimes they get loose...
