CEL P0172 - Rear O2 Sensor?
After we had our gas tank and sender and flex pipe replaced, the cel code P0172 started occurring. I've replaced the front O2 sensor and the MAP sensor, but no luck. Vacuum hoses are good and I readjusted the accelerator cable as it was loose. Can the rear O2 sensor cause this problem? What else can I check? How about my sanity??

I have the same code on my 96 accord. I have been told evap sensor, map sensor or the cat may be to be replaced. Did you have any luck figuring out what was wrong with yours?

P0172 fuel system running too rich. If you don't have the proper scanner to read the data in the PCM and be able to understand what you are looking at, you will just be guessing and throwing parts at it. Sorry.
