A/C compressor always engaged and cooling fans always run!
I just purchaced a 95 honda accord lx. to the excitement of getting the car home to learn more about it I find that I cannot turn the A/C compressor of by dash switch or fan speed selection dial while the engine is running. also the engine cooling fans both together run continuously from the time I turn the key on until its turned off. I purchaced a haynes manual which doesnt contain the schematic for the cooling fan circuit, but did have a few simple diagnostics for the circuit. one of them was to check the wireing to a control box located behind the glove box, following this procedure everything tests ok, but I did find a 3-point conector with a pig tail to ground and by disconnecting this wire both A/C compressor and cooling fans turn off now the switch on dash pannel still has no effect and the temp switches are not responding. anyone have the diagram or a clue?

There may be a short, check the Red/Blu wire between the compressor clutch relay and the ECM. Also check any wire harnesses near brackets for pinched or cuts.
