94 accord d4 flashes and check engine light on
My 94 Honda accord is in shop because d4 light started flashing and check engine light came on. I did not feel any changes in trans. shifting. Garage checked code from computer. Computer code identifies a sensor. Mechanic checked sensor and it tests good ???????? Whats up ??????

it was coolent sensor. Reason sensor checked good is because it is good. Mechanic found wire to sensor had become disconnected. It was not long ago,I had one of those quick lube places change oil. I did this because I change oil and filter every 2000 miles. Sometimes more often. And they usually top off ALL fluids. Well trans was slightly low at this repair. So I am guessing they did not top off trans. fluid. I remember the young man showing me dipstick to sell me transmission flush,which I declined. I am thinking that is when trans.cooling sensor wire got loosened enough to fall off.
