Very vague question. I might be wrong but isn't CB7 the chassis code for a 90's accord? No idea what engine you currently have.Your N/A engine will never be "fast". I say would swap in MT and get a small turbo with low boost. Depends on your budget/knowledge

BOOST! If you can drive a stick or are willing to learn it is a must. Otherwise you could still go low boost and beat some minivans! If you know how to swap an engine (or know someone who does), a turbocharger setup would be easier and get better results.

I know how to drive stick lol.
But I might as well get another one instead of a conversation. I'll be paying about the same price wouldn't I?

Trans swap depends on who you know and your area I suppose. As for get the most horsepower lol, you could get a b18 to push 700hp. So you should start with either a horsepower goal or a budget number

The A-1 has 130 HP,needs a lot of money to make 50++more HP . I would go for an Engine swap, but that will tie up your car for awhile. Swaps cost $$$ have a good credit card and lots of patience .

Re: 1991 CB7 Automatic.
factor swap would be a f22a6. JDM swap would be F22BX.
Prelude H series are pretty simple swaps.
K-Swaps are an option if you have the scratch.
Or just drop it, and cruise with it. It's an older accord, so with out swapping the F series motor is pretty limited on bolt on options.
I have a f22a6 EX Wagon, and it's a turd. A H-Series would barely do it any justice due to the weight, so I just slammed it, and through a for sale sign on it. Don't really feel like investing the 5-6K it'd take to swap in a K20 with a 6spd.
