It's the reason why old ppl get new exhausts ever year... it is the same principle as a cold cup of water sweating on a hot day... the exhaust gas is hotter than the air outside the pipe so vapor condinsates on the inside of the pipe. most of the time exhaust systems rust out it is because of short driving trips, the vapor doesn't have time to burn out and sits in there and rusts it...

One of the products of the combustion of HYDROcarbons with OXYGEN is H2O, water. And yeah, the black sooty stuff mixed with the water means you are running rich.

damn tuners!!! fwakin A!!!!!! im running rich while in idel....really rich! my apexi timer/a/f thing says 10 and my autometer says all the way green. they suck. i paid too much...fwakers.
would my a/c constantly being on do this too? i think something is stuck on "on" or i have a leak.
