torque specs for eagle rod bolts?
i bought some eagle rods used and i need to know the torque specs for the rod bolts.. i am assuming they are the regular rod bolts that come with eagle rods when you buy them from eagle and not the upgraded ARP ones..

if its b18c1 then like your sig
The correct torque specs for Eagle rods on a B18C1 is 28 ft. lbs. using the ARP moly lube. You should use nothing but this lube for correct torque. Over-torquing the bolt will weaken it causing failure.

I'd stick to the 28 - just did them last night as a matter fact. Couldn't find the thread where a supposed Eagle employee stressed 28lbs - not 29, not 27.
FYI, these were with Arp 2000 bolts using the supplied moly lube for H22 rods.
