Depends upon the size/profile of the exhaust wheel. More than likely, you'll need to find something that fits close to its size profile in a T3 and custom machine to fit. Many of the older AiResearch /Garretts didn't have aftermarket availability for turbine housings unless they were a popular model.
Photos, measurements, etc, will help to determine if this is indeed the case for your particular situation.

Yeah....hmmm. Even "eyeballing" it, that looks like that will need to be machined for the turbine wheel profile, the heat shield height, the flange thickness of the back of the CHRA for the correct depth, etc.
I'll see if I can pull up part of the standard JB Aftermarket specifications for standard wheels like the 68mm, 71mm and 74mm and 77mm. That looks like it to be an older wheel just under the much older turbine wheel sized between an older Turbonetics "O-Trim" (2.2292exducer / 2.8" Inducer) and a custom config.
Eeek. Where'd you get this T04B25 from? That looks like an OEM application. what did it come off of?

Because Turbonetics & Garrett used to work Hand in Hand about 20 years ago. They haven't since about 1999.
Went through all of the specifications / profiles. No dice, my friend. You have to get something that was originally from something that used a 70mm profile. (Like an older "Stage 5" profile) and custom machine to fit. With that heat shield, it'll be a rough ride to find.
But I wish you luck.. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.
