Looking for shop that tunes Chrome in SF Bay Area
Hey,
Looking for a shop that tunes Chrome in SF Bay Area. I've found Tech3 but was looking to see if anyone else does this? .. Or what alternatives I might have for tuning. My ECU is already setup for Chrome.
Thanks

Check for Neptune or Ectune dealers in the bay area, the software is a hell of a lot better than crome..

I just called Jason at JRL Tuning. Sounds like he knows what he's talking about plus isn't restricted to just one dyno. If anyone else is look his number is 510-459-7229. I'm going to setup something with him next week. Thanks for all the responses.

Re: Looking for shop that tunes Chrome in SF Bay Area
redzone tried to get a demo version of ec tuners to try out and they promised but never delivered. As a result, we tune crome and hondata S300's here in the bay area
neptune and ectune thus far has no real establishments here in the bay area thats heavily into honda performance and utilizing EC tune or neptune.
Neptune has a dealer here in the bay area, but that shop is hardly any sort of "big hitter" in the honda scene here.

we do tune crome, we have been tuning with crome since 2003/4 aswell as hondata, AEM EMS, and others. we have a dyno inhouse, dynojet 224x inground so no need to raise the car up to get on a lift. we have countless hours between myself and Brandon behind the laptop and dyno tuning cars. please feel free to contact us if you have anymore questions.
You have stated you have found a tuner already, but I wanted to post our info for future use.
Good Luck with your tune and may it be a successful one!

Re: Looking for shop that tunes Chrome in SF Bay Area
Thanks for the replies fellas.
Rezone. I haven't choose my tuner yet. JRL was someone that I was looking into. My car already has a street tuned map and does run. I just need some final adjustments. Right now I'm working on some trans issues and am going to put my stock one back in this week and send my built trans out to get fixed. I'm also waiting on my new actuator and MAP sensor.
What am I looking at for costs for a dyno tune, what times do you tune, rate/hr and estimated time this might take?
Thanks in advance.

Don't get me wrong, I would much rather tune with S300 than pretty much anything else.. I was just trying to suggest something other than Crome..

I appreciate the info, yes I would rather go with another, but right now I just need to get my car up and running well. This is a budget build that went over board on some stuff but not others... and I already have Chrome on my ECU, so it would be easier and cheaper to stay. I will look into the other stuff when I get some money.
