LC-1 wideband wiring to 30-1060 questions

LC-1 wideband wiring to 30-1060 questions
I drew a diagram of wiring im going to do, but im not 100 percent sure on everything so I hope you guys can help me out.
I have 30-1060 connected to obd2a to obd2b conversion harness which is connected to my obd2b integra gsr
I want to have my wideband connected to my EMS and to my DB gauge at same time, and I want to have my stock sensor to be used and wideband will be welded right next to the stock sensor.
Questions:
1. Do I connect LC-1s system ground to D13(secondary O2 sensor ground) or Power Ground like A10, A9, A22?
2. Do I connect DB gauges ground wire to LC-1s WHITE system ground or my distribution block?
If you have a better way of wiring it, let me know!
