This section is more geared towards the machine shop sort of things and possibly precision building information.
Your post is about a franken motor and either fits in the misc/tech or if you talk about a putting it into a specific car, that car's section.
Or if you know it's going to be naturally aspirated or going forced induction, it could do okay in those sections.
