B18 Questions
I have recently come across a pretty decent deal on an integra with a b18a1. I was wondering if all b18 blocks are the same, or if they are unique. My thought is that if all b18 blocks are -essentially- the same, then I could swap in a c1 or c5 head and have a b18 with vtec.
Of course this would require a different intake and exhaust manifold and a different ecu/harness. I just had a hard time finding information on this particular issue and was hoping I could get pointed in the right direction.

I'm pretty sure there are oiling differences in the heads, therefore the blocks are slightly different. But all you need to do is supply oil to the head which isn't hard. Just search LSVTEC kit and look at the instructions.
You have heard of a LSVTEC or poor man's type R, correct? That's basically what you need to search.
