Default Keyless Remote not engaging actuators

So... I have a 95 cx I bought it with an alarm halfway installed but with no remote or anything. It was a wiring mess so I pulled it out except for the power lock actuators (which worked perfectly) I went to Autozone and got their keyless remote entry kit and just wired up the basics (power, ground, lock, unlock)

Everything seems to be wired fine, im assuming, because when I push the buttons on the remote the actuators move. However they dont lock or unlock the doors. It seems that there is not enough power to fully engage the actuators. If anyone has any idea how to fix this the info would be appreciated.

You hooked the actuators directly to the outputs on the keyless brain???

If so, that's wrong. Need to use relays to throw power to the actuators... The outputs on the brain are only 200ma. Don't keep trying to use it as wired because you'll burn out the outputs on the brain.

Then you don't have them wired correctly. I'm trying to find a diagram to help ya out, but can't remember where I found the pic...

heres the link to the diagram I used. I tried different variations but still no luck. The relay clicks but no signal to the actuators.
