Default clutch locks?

Do they work? Why or why not.

Not very well, keep in mind, even though the "clutch lock" may be unbreakable/unpick-able, the clutch pedal/lever is, it is very easy to bend the pedal enough to remove the clutch lock, and a crook does not care what damage he does.

With that said, along with other layers of security, anything that slows a crook down "works". 94
