SHG has another - JDM DC2R- Project/Restoration/Build
#26
No, I meant its a true test of the medical patients I oversee. I have no patience for these patients. Lol
Both actually, the parts that are severely damaged will be used to pull from, putting the internal structures back in alignment. The car will then recieve its donor parts.

Geez, that's a pretty nasty smash. I don't have any doubt it's in capable hands though, anyone with the SHG seal of approval does things right.
How hard is it going to be to source R-specific parts? It looks like you may have to do the rear wheel well and shock tower as a new part - and if I remember correctly from all my reading during my Type R fanboy days (let's be honest, those days aren't over), Honda welded two of those panels on top of each other on the ITRs to improve rigidity. I may be wrong about that, though.
Anyway, these deep threads are always a treat.

Loving all the support for SHG in here!! I too can't wait to see her start to come together. I've known Seamus a few years now And he's had the car pretty much the whole time. I know how much it means to finally be making progress and I'm happy as hell for him and the car!
He needs to update this already!!
