Default Type R head..

My head has a pr3-2 and from some of the pics i've seen most type R's have pr3-3
of course mine is JDM what are the determination factors?

Can you see these lost motions from just removing the valve cover off? Any body have a pic of these as I have no idea what they look like.

Nope. They're under the rocker arms, which are under the camshafts.
