Ok since a lot of the images are down on this thread... I can't see previous examples :\

I looped input/output on the valve housing and tee'd the loop to a breather. I still have problems turning the wheel at all speeds like I'm at a standstill. I even took it around the block with no loop and just an open valve housing and I could barely take a turn with both hands in 3rd gear. I jacked car up til wheels off the ground and left/right locked until fluid stopped coming out.

The two metal lines that look like brake lines (middle of rack/passenger side of rack), do I loop these and pressure should be alleviated?

Hello, I've attached a diagram that may help anyone reading this thread in the future. I believe this is the diagram of the Integra steering rack in the original post!

Can someone verify that it is hardline #19 in the pic, that was tapped and ran to a reservoir?

Does is really matter which one is T'd into? (#19 or #20)

Is it Ok to loop #19 and #20 together? and then cap the holes at the neck?
