wobble at 15-25mph

wobble at 15-25mph
I have a 93 teg ls and between 15-25 mph i have a wobble that you can feel pretty bad inside the car. after 25 mph it goes away. i thought it might be a bent rim but if it was wouldnt it get worse at high speeds? please can anyone help me?

i replaced the pass side axle it helped a little but the driver side looks like it is still good. ill have to check it out again or maybe replace it. thanks guys.

Its hard to tell from the OUTSIDE whether a joint is good.
