Default vtec solenoid gasket

I want to know whether it is safe to reuse a vtec solenoid gasket and if shape or mileage or anything else is indicative of reusability.

Honda charges 30 bucks for a new one and it's not worth it if it won't leak.

If it's flat and hard, replace it. If it tears when you pull it out (most likely will if it's old), replace it.

It's MUCH cheaper from Carland Acura www.acuraautomotiveparts.org

For anyone doing research on this, DEFINITELY replace. These seem to be located in a bad place on the K24. After 13 years, mine was hard and brittle as plastic and leaking like a crazy. Easy replacement. Only took 30 minutes and I was really taking my time.
