Default Radiator fan problem

i've tried searching buti couldn't find anything, but if anyone has any links that i missed please post them, this is for my 92 GS integra

Well anyway, the Car has been cold for a day or so, and when i turn the key to accessory function and turn on the a/c both fans turn on. From what i'm told both fans turning on is not right.

Well whenever I run the car pretty hard i've never seen the passenger side fan turn on ever. Only time the passenger side fan turns on is when the a/c is switch on and both fans are running, even if hte engine is cold or hot.

So if both fans run are running that means both fan motors are fine, so I don't know what else to think that would cause the passenger fan not to turn on, if the relay is bad for the radiator fan, would that cause it to turn on with the a/c fan? any ideas would be great thanks

right side fan is for radiator, comes on when you work you engine hard.

left side fan is for a/c, only comes on when you use a/c.

Well When you turn on the Ac.. Both fans are supposed to come on an the other fan is controlled by a Fan witch follow you lower radiator hose you should see it there will be a plug..

If anyone thinks different please feel free to correct me thanks

well, from what i'm told yes the other fan will run with the a/c fan but only when the engine is running hot will the rad fan turn on with the a/c fan if the a/c is on

so i'm confused, cause the engine is ice cold, and engine is not even on, and if i turn the key to access function, and turn on the a/c both fans will come on, and i've never heard the main rad fan turn on by itself without me turning on the a/c

Look for this switch an unplug it stick a paper clip in the plug an turn the ignition to on if the fan comes on it means the switch is bad okok
