Yeah there is a fan relay actually, what year is your Integra?
I'm looking through my Chilton's manual right now, can't seem to find anything, I would recommend a search

check fuses. and let ur car warm up and overheat just a tiny bit and use a test light on the wire going to ur fan to see if theres power going to the wire. if there is, check your ground and last check if your fan actually works by hooking it up to the battery.

i had that problem on my car one time , and i tried to fix it but couldnt so i ended up just hard wiring the fan . the only down fall is the fan was on the whole time the ignition was turned on .

the relay rarely goes bad .....first thing is to remove the plug on the thermostat housing (with the ignition on)and use a wire or a paper clip to conect the 2 wires together (to jump them) if the fan comes on then you know the switch is faulty (most common problem) if that doesent work run direct power to the fan and see if it turns if it doesent your fan is bad ... always make sure the fuses are good first
