the unknown

so ive got about 3 inches of play at center in my steering. so far ive replaced both outer tie rods and one inner tie rod on the passengers side. ive also replaced front upper and lower control arm bushings with poly units (except i didnt change out the pass side inner LCA bushing yet). also replaced are the bushings and end links for the front sway bar. i need a new pass side wheel bearing, and most likely sway bar and steering rack bushings as well. i was wondering if i could eradicate the problem by replacing the inner tie rods or would i just need to buy another steering rack. any suggestions?
