Default Head bolt stripped- Please assist

Okay, doing LS/VTEC and all the head bolts were fine except one. That one is frozen and stripped. Used my 500 ft-lb impact on it and it just wouldn't budge. Ripped up 6 craftsman impact sockets on them and eventually rounded out. So i bought these bolt extractors that have these barbs that cut into the bolt and that didn't work. I hammered a 13mm onto it-- still wouldn't budge, and the socket would slip. Can't get a dremel in there to cut off the head of the bolt. Any suggestions?
