It all depends on how bad the damage is and where. Frame repair is very expensive. Im sure the car is totaled,

jumping the gun i see. if your front is slightly bent or something like mine was in a front end collision, $200 at a body shop to pull it is all it took. now the frame is straight and all i needed was new panels and it was good as new.

but also as mentioned. you can't just ask a general question w/o refernce or pics to get a good answer.

well, i havent really had a chance to check it out, but this is whats happening.
I dropped in my suspension, and now the driver side front doesnt absorb any impacts like it should and is hitting on the body where the bump is under the hood by where a strut bar would go bolted on. I just bought the car not to long ago, the guy lied to me and told me all that was bent was the radiator support, but now its hitting. Any suggestions....?

i had to get my framed pulled for my RPS13, but the frame damage was so severe that i needed to find a rear clip, and have them chop up my car in half, and then weld the to good clips together. it was gonna cost me $3,000, five times more than what i bought the car for. but the reason i bought it is because i called around and asked different body shops how much it would cost to get a frame pull, they all said $150-300. so when i actually took it to the frame shop... then they hit me with the bad news.

so therefore, post pics and you'll get accurate answers. i got my ish tore up because i took other people's word that it'll be cheap without having the actual specialist take a look.

this was early 2005. i never heard of it being illegal, nor did they even mention it being illegal. when did this go into effect? not that it really matters because i didn't go through with it. i figured, i paid $600 for this beater, i'm not spending $3,000 to have a frankenstein car. i might as well put that $3,000 towards something worth the money, without having to spend more money on fixing it to get it back to factory specs.

so i got my money back just from selling the car. which was the best choice i made about that car. and now i'll never buy another car if the body/frame isn't straight. it was just too much of a hassle to deal with.
