Default DINAN D935-411A performance chip?

i recently got my hands on a b18c1 from a 94 GSR. im in the process of pulling it from a 91 teg. (waiting on cherry picker) the wiring job was shitty to say the least. but i found this DINAN performance chip by the right kick panal. was this the cars ECU? i heard DINAN is exclusive to bmw. by the way, is the 91 teg obd1 or 2? can anyone help me out?

Take out the generic chip and run the stock ECU or get a chip CUSTOM tuned.

all i really wanted was the engine. i was thinking about dropping it into a eg or ek. if i sourced a 94 gs-r engine harness would i need a 94 gsr ECU. or the civic UCU? or is there some sort of conversion unit?
