Default alignment question

When you install new suspension on a Honda, an alignment is required because of toe-in and camber changes, correct? So I'm wondering, if I got my car all aligned, then later on decided to swap my upper shock mount bushings to polyurethane, or just removing the shock assembly for whatever reason, then putting it back the same as it was, I should not need an alignment after that, as long as it's still at the same ride height, correct?

I'd check the alignment again just to be safe...
