Get the sensor from another car somewhere of you can and rig it up to ur new clutch maybe? And get a p75 I think it is. Stock ls ecu but make sure it's from a 5 speed

You need to be a lot more specific with your questions, installing 2 step launch control is typically extremely straightforward but what that entails exactly depends entirely on what 2 step system you use.
Either way, you need to get the car running properly first. And then you need to do a ton of research on what sort of 2 step system you want so you can actually ask coherent questions that make sense.

Yeah you're right, we're only trying to help you not destroy your car, but those fb groups that tell you what you want to hear are more helpful in encouraging you to blindly engage in something you obviously know nothing about.
Enjoy your blown up car.

Without knowing the pinout of your ECU, you could certainly destroy your ECU (and engine if you really F'd something up). Most people are here just to help fellow car enthusiasts.
If you want I can guess at your ECU (OBD1 P72) so your answer is B-7

Why did you get rid of the pr4? Assuming it was obd1, you could have converted it to 5 spd for $0 in less than 10 minutes. You dont need to wire in the clutch switch for crome btw, its based of the speed sensor to determine if the car is moving or not.
