*Use as 1:1 for all motor, or 12:1 for starter turbo kit, or pure 1:1 for EMS, Uberdata, Hondata, etc.
*Adjustable static fuel pressure
*Interchangeable bypass fittings to adjust for different flow fuel pumps
*Rising rate ratio is infinitely adjustable between 1:1 and 12:1
*Designed to take a direct injection of Nitrous, so you can raise fuel pressure for a dry system
*Smaller in major diameter than AEM FPR for size references
*Bolts straight onto OEM and aftermarket fuel rails

Re: Synapse Synchronic FPR/FMU & Missing Link Package - Wholesale! (turbo-kits-com)
I'm a little confused about fuel pressure regulators. What happens to the fuel pressure when my car is making 8 lbs of boost with the stock FPR? I have been thinking it stays at 42 psi since I don't have an FMU. I use uberdata and 450 dsm's. I just bought a walbro fuel pump because I plan on upgrading with a built engine to run a lot more boost with 750cc injectors and maybe switch to Crome pro for tuning. I also have a B+M fpr that I haven't installed yet but I heard that the B+M won't be able to turn the the fuel pressure back down from the new pump and it will be like 50psi unless I drill out some orifice in the fpr.

The Synapse is a 1:1 up to a 12:1 FPR/FMU.... If you already have an ECU that can adjust the fuel maps based on boost then you do not need to run more than 1:1 FPR. In that case, the benefits of this unit are the piston set up. It uses a piston to control the fuel pressure so you don't have issue with the heat sink causing the diaphragm to loosen up (see above pics). Therefore, it will keep a consistent fuel pressure from the 1st run to the last. This unit also uses 3 different fuel return settings that allow you to run a larger orifice when running a high pressure fuel pump so that you can actually adjust the pressure back down to the 42PSI stock level. The issue you are talking about with the B & M or AEM FPRs w/ a Walbro, BK or other high flow pump.
Synapse actually suggests running 2:1 or even 3:1 under boost to help with fuel dispersion. Think of it as turning on the hose in the wind, if you just let the hose run, the wind will blow the water all over, but if you put your thumb on it, you will up the pressure and create a spray pattern that cuts through the wind better. Same goes for upping the fuel pressure under boost. It also lets you flow more fuel through the same size injector making lumpy idle a thing of the past
Hopefully this helps, let me know if you have any further questions, and def ask them on the forum so that the answers can educate all looking for the info
