"cold" to you is like shorts, sandals and no shirts for us here
I drive a boosted car on snow with bald tires, course its a bone stock 86 Dodge but hey its still boosted right? Kinda fun to do a burnout at every stop if you want to. Then again, I also slid right into a parked car because of the snow and bald tires combo.....on my way home from the body shop after a deer totalled my car

This is my beater. Hey, I need a reliable car, not something that you have to weld the floor board back in every week because its completely corroded.
Even comes with an intercooler Ice sprayer

Re: (ImportHatch)
In Dallas we usually only have one bad storm a year, that last 1-2 days, we actually enjoy seeing some Ice/snow every once in a blue moon. I drive my car everyday, I really wish i had a beater though. Not because of the weather just to keep it safe, and keep the miles low.

Re: (ImportHatch)
I drive my turbo car in the winter and I don't even have heat! I'm more hardcore (read: stupid) than any of you!
If there isn't snow on the ground, I'm out tearing up the streets in the hatch.
If there is snow on the ground, I'm out tearing up the streets in my 4Runner. I get to play in all weather!

That is the most insignificant amount of snow and look at the ground, it's not even cold enough for the snow to pile up. the ground in front of my car is covered by an overhang, which explains why there isnt much snow on the ground there.... although i'm not really going to try and defend the weak amount of snow, that was just a picture from one day of snow that i took right after i got my digi cam.... the town is at 7,000ft and the mountains are at like 11,000 ft above sea level, so we actually do get decent snow at times.

Boosting is the **** in the winter. Turbo cars love winter weather except for snow.

cold DRY days own j00. It finally dried off enough for some traction, and with a high of whopping 8 degrees today, I found 3rd gear to lose traction VERY easily
yes turbo cars like cold weather.

i do...atl winters aren't sh#t. if it even threatens to snow the city shuts down...people freak and rush the stores and clear the shelves.
i do have a company car for when i don't want to drive the boost buggy. company is so nice to give me a trailblazer to beat around in.
